Volodymyr Lytvyn, the Chairman of
the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has sent the telegram on condolence because of
the death on 83rd year of life of Volodymyr Antonovych PLYUTYNSKIY,
the People´s Deputy of Ukraine of the Third Convocation, Twice Hero of
Social Labour, and Honoured Agricultural sphere of Ukraine worker to his widow,
Maria Musiivna.
