The Bill (Reg.№4554) envisages non-spreading on the
medicines determined by the indicated law temporary restriction on the
purchasing at the expense of the state of goods, works and services of foreign
production.
The Members of the Committee deem the adoption of the Bill enables to prevent the artificial formation of deficit on medicines etc.
