Committee on Industrial and Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship suggests that the Parliament adopts as a Basis the Bill of the Law "On Additions to the Point 2 of the Chapter II of the Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to certain Laws of Ukraine concerning Minimization of the Finance Crisis Consequences on the Development of the National Industry" (re Medicines of Foreign Production)"

The Bill (Reg.№4554) envisages non-spreading on the medicines determined by the indicated law temporary restriction on the purchasing at the expense of the state of goods, works and services of foreign production.

The Members of the Committee deem the adoption of the Bill enables to prevent the artificial formation of deficit on medicines etc.
