The Bill (Reg.№3277) envisages the introduction of the amendments to the Laws "On Information", "On Antimonopoly Committee", "On State Taxation Service", "On Local Self-Governing in Ukraine" and other legislative acts.

The Bill, in particular, presupposes that "normative-legislative acts, that regulate external economic activity and according to the law are regulatory acts, are elaborated and adopted according to the Law "On Basis of State Regulatory Policy in the Sphere of Economic Activity".
