The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has adopted as a Basis the Bill of the Law on Amendments to certain Legislative acts of Ukraine regarding the Setting to the Correspondence with the Law "On Basis of the State Regulatory Policy in the Sphere of Economic Activity"

The Bill (Reg.№3277) envisages the introduction of the amendments to the Laws "On Information", "On Antimonopoly Committee", "On State Taxation Service", "On Local Self-Governing in Ukraine" and other legislative acts.

The Bill, in particular, presupposes that "normative-legislative acts, that regulate external economic activity and according to the law are regulatory acts, are elaborated and adopted according to the Law "On Basis of State Regulatory Policy in the Sphere of Economic Activity".
