Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine holds parliamentary hearings entitled "Status and prospects of traffic safety in Ukraine" on December 23

In her opening speech, Deputy Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Oksana Syroyid noted: "The issue of traffic safety is important for any democratic state as this relates to the culture: the culture of driving, the culture of behavior on the road, the culture of development of the roads, quality of roads, the culture of state procurements, I mean many things we still have to achieve."
