In her
opening speech, Deputy Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Oksana
Syroyid noted: "The issue of traffic safety is important for any
democratic state as this relates to the culture: the culture of driving, the
culture of behavior on the road, the culture of development of the roads,
quality of roads, the culture of state procurements, I mean many things we
still have to achieve."
