The bill (Reg. No. 0920) was elaborated aiming to regulate the issue on responsibility for committing family violence.

The bill suggests excluding from article 173-2 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements a fine and correctional labour, leaving community service or administrative detention, and stipulating a possibility to a compulsory delivery of a person to a court if such person evades appearing to the internal affairs body or court.
