The bill suggests specifying powers of the Deposit Guarantee Fund.
It is proposed to amend the laws “On Banks and Banking”, “On the System of Guaranteeing Deposits of Individuals”, “On the National Bank of Ukraine” and “On Executive Proceedings”.
