The bill suggests regulating issues connected with strengthening solvency of Ukrainian banking system and increasing the level of trust in it.
The bill stipulates the package of measures to strengthen solvency of Ukrainian banking system.
The bill suggests specifying powers of the Deposit Guarantee Fund.
It is proposed to amend the laws “On Banks and Banking”, “On the System of Guaranteeing Deposits of Individuals”, “On the National Bank of Ukraine” and “On Executive Proceedings”.
The respective bill was registered under No. 1564.
