The Committee on European Integration recommends that the Parliament ratifies the Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the Republic of Poland on Amendments to the Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the Republic of Poland on Cooperation in the Supervision over Individuals, Goods and Transport Vehicles crossing the Ukrainian-Polish State Border signed on 25 June 2001 in Kyiv

The Agreement amends the Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the Republic of Poland on Cooperation in the Supervision over Individuals, Goods and Transport Vehicles crossing the Ukrainian-Polish State Border ratified by the Law No. 158-IV of 12 September 2002. The amendments are introduced for the Polish Party to harmonize its international agreements with the requirements of the Schengen treaty.

The Addendum to this Agreement lists the categories of people entitled to the EU right of free movement.

The Polish Party shall notify the Ukrainian Contractual Party of the amendments to the Addendum through the diplomatic channels.

A relevant bill is registered under Reg. No.0167.
