On 26 November 2025, during a meeting of the Committee, issues were considered regarding draft laws of Ukraine «On the ratification of the Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Federal Council of Switzerland on cooperation in the process of Ukraine's recovery» and «On the termination, Withdrawal and Denunciation of International Treaties of Ukraine Concluded by the Government of Ukraine with the Governments of the russian federation, the republic of belarus and within the Commonwealth of Independent States.»
Following consideration of the draft law of Ukraine «On the termination, withdrawal and denunciation of international treaties of Ukraine concluded by the Government of Ukraine with the governments of the russian federation, the republic of belarus and within the Commonwealth of Independent States,» the Committee recommended that the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopt it. The Draft Law aims to bring Ukraine's regulatory and legal framework into line with the national interests of our state.
The Committee also recommended that the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopt the draft Law of Ukraine «On Ratification of the Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Federal Council of Switzerland on Cooperation in the Process of Ukraine's Recovery.» The agreement and its subsequent implementation aim to create a legal basis for providing assistance to Ukraine in the recovery process.
In addition, the Committee meeting considered the approval of the Verkhovna Rada's legislative agenda for 2026 and supported the Committee's proposals for the legislative agenda.
The members of the Committee demonstrated unity on issues of strengthening international cooperation for the rapid and effective reconstruction of Ukraine and the protection of our state's national interests.
