The College of Europe has begun accepting applications for the third edition of the European Union Diplomatic Programme for the Enlargement Region (EUDP), which is implemented with the support of the European Commission. The training will run from 1 February to 2 July 2026.

The programme is funded by the European Commission's Directorate-General for Enlargement and Neighbourhood (DG ENEST) and aims to deepen knowledge of European affairs and develop a common professional culture among diplomats and civil servants from EU enlargement countries.

The training programme includes joint activities with the European Union Diplomatic Academy, which is funded by the European External Action Service (EEAS).

The programme is aimed at diplomats and civil servants working in the field of foreign policy and European integration from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Kosovo, the Republic of Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, Ukraine and Turkey*.
