Adopted the Resolution "On the Address of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to the United Nations, the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, the NATO Parliamentary Assembly, the BSEC Parliamentary Assembly, the European Parliament, Governments and Parliaments of Foreign States on Strengthening International Cooperation within the Crimea Platform to Counteract the Aggression of the Russian Federation" (No. 5775).
Adoption of the Resolution and approval of the Appeal is an important step in strengthening the legislative support to repel external aggression against Ukraine, aimed at the deoccupation of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol. In support of the Crimea Platform, as a key foreign policy tool for consolidating international efforts to deoccupy and restore the territorial integrity of Ukraine, overcoming the consequences caused by the temporary occupation of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol by the Russian Federation, protection of the rights and interests of citizens of Ukraine, and in order to initiate the parliamentary dimension of the Crimea Platform, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Appeals to the leading international and parliamentary associations and organizations, Parliaments and Governments of foreign states with a corresponding Appeal.
