Arseniy Yatseniuk, Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, calls for introduction of modern technologies in the sphere of education.
On Friday, the Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine delivered a speech before the students of the National Metallurgical Academy in Dnipropetrovsk, and stated that the number of Ukrainian higher education establishments is four times bigger than the number of French higher education establishments. However, he stressed that the quality of education is "open to question". Arseniy Yatseniuk deems necessary to introduce modern technologies in the sphere of education. "One should not idealize Bologna process, it should be adapted to Ukrainian reality", - stated A.Yatseniuk.
A.Yatseniuk fails to object to the possibility of students´ choice of special subjects. However, he opposes free choice of basic subjects.
A.Yatseniuk also deems necessary to revise the issue concerning tuition fee and formation of governmental order.
