The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Committee on Industrial and Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship recommends the Parliament to adopt the bill on amendments to the Law "On the state geology service in Ukraine"(regarding the control of the license issue and the license conditions compliance) in its entirety

The bill recommends (Re.№3018) give the right to the specially authorized central power body on the geology study and use to issue licenses not only for the search (investigation) of mineral resources but also for its mining.

According to the bill, to the authorized body commission belong: "issue to the enterprises, institutions and organizations and also to the natural persons - subjects of entrepreneurship licenses for the investigation and mining of mineral resources from the mineral resources fields that have common state importance and are included into the State Fund of mineral resources fields and also for the mining of precious stone, semiprecious stone and the control of the license condition compliance".
