The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has adopted as a basis the Bill on amendments to the Law "On notarial system"

According to the Bill (Re.№1425) it is suggested to introduce the amendments to the Law "On notarial system", that is aimed at improvement the organization and fulfillment of the notarial activity.

In particular, it is envisaged to equal the authority to investigate the notarial actions of the state and private notaries, strengthen the control for the notarial activity, and determine the amount of payment during the accomplishment of the notarial actions by the private notaries.
