The Resolution (Reg. No. 1355) recommends that the Cabinet of Ministers:
Ensures monitoring of the implementation of the Agreement between Ukraine and the European Community on the simplification of the Visa regime by EC Member States, and the Agreement between Ukraine and the European Community on the Readmission of Persons, and tables a summary on their realisation to the Joint Experts Committee, set up pursuant to Clause 12 of the Agreement, for consideration;
Submits, resulting from the consideration of the monitoring data by the Joint Experts Committee, the agreed proposals from the State Executive Authorities on ways of securing the rights and interests of Ukraine's Nationals in the context of realisation of the above Agreements.
Supervision of the Execution of this Resolution is delegated to The European Integration Committee of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
