The Draft Resolution (Reg, No. 1115) advocates that The People's Deputy, Liashko Oleh Valeriyovych, of 'The Yulia Tymoshenko Bloc' Faction, is elected Chairman of the Temporary Inquiry Panel; and Hrytsak Vasyl Mykolayovych, of the Party of Ukraine's Regions Faction, elected Deputy Chairman.
The following People's Deputies have been put forward for election as Members of the Temporary Inquiry Panel: Katerynchuk Mykola Dmytrovych of 'Our Ukraine/People's Self-Defence' Bloc Faction; Tkachenko Olexander Mykolayovych of the Communist Party of Ukraine Faction; Zarubinsky Oleh Olexandrovych of 'The Lytvyn Bloc' Faction; Feldman Olexander Borysovych of 'The Yulia Tymoshenko Bloc' Faction; Malyshev Volodymyr Stepanovych of the Party of Ukraine's Regions Faction; Kniazevych Ruslan Petrovych of 'Our Ukraine/People's Self-Defence' Bloc Faction; and Pshonka Artem Viktorovych of the Party of Ukraine's Regions Faction.
The Draft Resolution determines the duration of the investigations of the Temporary Inquiry Panel, ie six months from the date of adoption of this Document. The Panel´s Report is to be submitted within three months of the adoption of the Draft Resolution.
