The Constitutional Court may well pass judgement on the Edicts of The President of Ukraine concerning an early Election, once the Election Campaign has finished, says The Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, O. Moroz.
At a Press Conference in Zaporizhzhia on Wednesday, O. Moroz said that The Constitutional Court has entertained Appeals from The People's Deputies of Ukraine on all four Edicts by The President. He also reminded those present that The Constitutional Court had terminated the investigation into the Edict issued on 2 April, 'since the second Edict actually recognised the unconstitutional nature of the previous one.'
The Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine believes that now that this matter is the subject of an investigation, a reply should be given as to the responsibility of those who resorted to unconstitutional Edicts.
