The Bill (Reg. No. 4042) introduces amendments to the Labor Code of Ukraine, the Economic Code of Ukraine, the Economic Legal Procedure Code of Ukraine, the Civil Legal Procedure Code of Ukraine, the Administrative Code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "On Executive Proceedings" and the Law of Ukraine "On International Private Law".
Inter alia, it is expected to include the following statement to the Labor Code of Ukraine: regulation of labor relations of the citizens who work abroad is executed according to the regulations of the Law of Ukraine "On International Private Law".
The Civil Legal Procedure Code of Ukraine is expected to determine in greater detail the procedure of sending the applications of Ukrainian courts to the foreign ones regarding requests to execute the courts´ commissions and execution of foreign courts´ commissions on the territory of Ukraine.
The authors of the Bill are of the opinion that its adoption will improve regulations of legislative acts of Ukraine in the field of private law.
