This Document (Reg. No.0939) aims to bring in line with current Legislation several of its provisions on the protection of the population and territories in emergencies.
The Amendments are related to the State Management and Monitoring of the Civil Defence of the population and territories from man-made disasters. They clarify the membership of Divisions within the specially-authorised Central Executive Authority in charge of Civil Defence, and define Authorities and the list of Government Officials of the body which has to effect supervision in this area.
The Authors believe that implementation of these proposals will permit the inclusion of the practical requirements necessary for improvements in the Civil Defence organisational principles on a legislative level.
