The Bill (Reg. No.1139) proposes to cancel the Law, ‘On The Cabinet of Ministers´, currently in force, since its regulations and provisions do not adhere to those of The Constitution of Ukraine.
The Author of the Bill, People´s Deputy Yu. Karmazin, points out that these are Authorities of The President of Ukraine , laid down in The Constitution of Ukraine, that are infringed in the existing Law ‘On the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine´.
The People´s Deputy, Yu. Karmazin, also stressed that the Law impedes the appropriate realisation of the Constitutional Authorities by the State Leader concerning the provision of National Security, Governance in this area, and the fulfilment of the Country´s Foreign Policy; it violates Constitutional principles for the operation of Local State Administrations, and the enforcement of disciplinary responsibility of the Chairmen of Local Administrations.
