The Vice-Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada A. Martyniuk made a working visit to Rivne region on 29-30 July.
During his stay in Rivne region A.Martyniuk visited Rivne, the regional centre, Korets, Hoshchany and Dubno districts. The Vice-Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine had meetings with the public and leaders of the local councils, appeared on the local television, held a press conference fo the local mass media.
On the public request A.Martyniuk commented on the current political situation, expressed doubt concerning due legal grounds for holding early parliamentary election in Autumn, predicted future configuration of political forces in the newly-elected Verkhovna Rada in case early election is held.
The Vice-Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine drew attention of the meetings participants to the prospects of Ukrainian-Russian cooperation development and dwelled on the issues of inter-religion relations in Ukraine.
Speaking with the citizens, A.Martyniuk answered numerous questions concerning current social and economical development of Ukraine and Rivne region and further actions of the Government towards increase of public level of life.
