The European Integration Committee recommends that Parliament ratifies the Agreement on Simplified Visa Regime and Readmission

Since the Agreements on Simplified Visa Regime between Ukraine and the European Union, signed on 17 June 2007 and already ratified by the European Parliament, should be urgently ratified, the Committee recommends that The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine seconds these Projects. The Committee members took a decision to forward a proposal to the Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada to consider these Bills without delay.

The People's Deputies considered the major lines of activities of the Committee, and, in particular, discussed its tasks, structure and nomination of candidates to the position of Sub-committee Chairmen.
