The Adviser of The Embassy of the People´s Republic of China in Ukraine congratulated Oleh Bilorus on his election to the position of Chairman of The Foreign Affair Committee.

At the meeting, held at the request of the Chinese Officials, the internal political situation in Ukraine was discussed, and in particular the influence the election has shown on the Nation´s Home and Foreign policy.

The Parties focused on the prospect of co-operation to further Trade and Economic relations between Ukraine and the People´s Republic of China.

They also considered the matter of setting up an Inter-Parliamentary Ukraine/China Co-operation Group.
