While discussing this Bill, Members of the Committee called for increased funding in the following Budget programmes: 'Organisational and Financial Provision for The Highest Achievements in Sports', Holding of Training Sessions and Olympic Sports Events´, 'Provision of long-term lax credits to young families and young single persons towards the Refurbishment and Acquisition of Housing', 'Health Improvement and Recreation of Children in Young Persons´ Recreational Camps, The International Children's Centre 'Artek' and the Children's Centre 'Moloda Hvardia', 'Rehabilitation through Physical Training and Sports for the Disabled', and 'Financial Support of The Para-Olympic Movement',
The Committee also found it necessary to readjust the Budget Programme 'Reconstruction of the Stadium within the National Sports Complex 'Olimpiysky' , sourcing 300,000 Hryvnias for this project from funds allocated towards subventions for the Kyiv City Budget. Inclusion into The State Budget programmes of 'Compensation for Reduced Railway Fares for Children 6 14 years´, and 'Reconstruction of the Ukrainian Children's Centre 'Moloda Hvardia' is also required.
