People's Deputy Arseniy Yatseniuk was elected Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the 6th Convocation

The Election of the Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine was put to a secret vote in The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. One candidate from the People´s Deputies, Arseniy Yatseniuk, was entered into the secret ballot.

As a result of the voting, 227 People´s Deputies seconded the election of A. Yatseniuk as Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

People´s Deputies from The Party of Regions, The Communist Party of Ukraine and ‘The Lytvyn Bloc´ Factions did not take part in the voting.
