A relevant Bill 'On the Central Authorities' has been registered in The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

                                                                        

The Bill (Reg.No.4064) is aimed at setting out the Central Authorities' major tasks, principles and organisation, their types, structure, terms of reference, position within the enforcement jurisdiction framework, and powers in relations with other State bodies, local governments, etc.

 

'The Central Authority is an authority involved in the formulation and pursuing of the State policy in the relevant fields of Public and State life', the Bill declares.

 

The Bill also regulates matters as regards the operation of businesses, institutions and organisations within the scope of the Central Authority's administration, Boards and others Consultancy, Advisory and subsidiary bodies, and the procedure for the issue of Acts by the Central Authorities.

 

The Bill also requires the Cabinet of Ministers to take measures towards dissolving the Governmental State Administration bodies.
