Verkhovna Rada adopts Law "On introduction of amendments into Article 247 of Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine"

The Document offers to supplement Article 247 of the Code with Section 2 that gives an opportunity to consider claims on holding of undercover investigation by respective investigating judge beyond the territorial jurisdiction of the body of pretrial investigation engaged in pretrial investigation. Respective draft law was registered under No. 2500.
