Verkhovna Rada adopts Law "On introduction of amendments into Article 247 of Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine"

The Document offers to supplement Article
247 of the Code with Section 2 that gives an opportunity to consider claims on holding
of undercover investigation by respective investigating judge beyond the
territorial jurisdiction of the body of pretrial investigation engaged in
pretrial investigation.
