Verkhovna Rada Committee for Tax and Customs Policy recommends Ukrainian Parliament adopt as a basis draft law "On introduction of amendments into Article 164 of Tax Code of Ukraine" (as to tax on pensions of disabled war veterans and some other categories of persons)

The draft law No. 2781 offers to supplement Article 164 of the Tax Code of Ukraine with a term that would abolish taxation of pensions paid to combatants of World War Two, disabled war veterans and persons going under Article 10 of the Law of Ukraine "On status of war veterans and guarantees of their social protection."
