The
draft law No. 2781 offers to supplement Article 164 of the Tax Code of Ukraine
with a term that would abolish taxation of pensions paid to combatants of World
War Two, disabled war veterans and persons going under Article 10 of the Law of
Ukraine "On status of war veterans and guarantees of their social
protection."
