Verkhovna Rada adopts Law “On ratification of Agreement between Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and Government of Republic of Cyprus on cooperation in defense”

The Agreement is aimed at introduction of general principles and procedures of cooperation between the Parties in the sector of defense, which includes: determination of respective terms, and authorization of state bodies to implement this Agreement. Besides, it includes holding of joint measures; order of exchange with information and delegations; settlement of disputes, issues of jurisdiction and responsibility; introduction of amendments and supplements to this document.

Respective draft law was registered under No. 0011.
