The Agreement is aimed at introduction of general principles and procedures of cooperation between the Parties in the sector of defense, which includes: determination of respective terms, and authorization of state bodies to implement this Agreement. Besides, it includes holding of joint measures; order of exchange with information and delegations; settlement of disputes, issues of jurisdiction and responsibility; introduction of amendments and supplements to this document.
