The bill suggests amending the Law of Ukraine "On the Security and Defence Council of Ukraine".
The order of work of the Security and Defence Council of Ukraine is determined by this Law and the Rules of Procedure of the Security and Defence Council of Ukraine.
The bill suggests determining that the Secretariat of the Security and Defence Council of Ukraine is a legal entity and establishing that "provisions on the Security and Defence Council of Ukraine, its structure, and staff are approved by the President of Ukraine upon submission of the Security and Defence Council Secretary".
Under the bill, "decisions of the Security and Defence Council of Ukraine enforced by the President of Ukraine are mandatory for execution by executive authorities".
