The Law (respective bill was registered under No. 0963) was adopted by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on September 2, 2014.
On September 24, 2014, the President of Ukraine returned the abovementioned Law with his proposals for a repeated consideration by the Verkhovna Rada.
Following the results of consideration of presidential proposals, the Committee adopted the decision to recommend that the Verkhovna Rada take into account these proposals and adopt the Law "On amendments to the Budget Code of Ukraine and some other legislative acts of Ukraine" in entirety.
