On its first meeting, the Committee on Social Policy, Employment and Pension Provision adopted the decision on creating subcommittees

At the beginning of the December 8 meeting, the Chairperson of the Committee Liudmyla Denysova congratulated all the present on the beginning of work of the Verkhovna Rada of the eighth convocation and introduced the Committee members.

The Committee considered issues on organizing its work, order of its meetings, and distributing responsibilities among its deputy chairpersons.

The Committee members also considered issues on creating the subcommittees, their competence and chairpersons.  

Following the results of the discussion, such subcommittees have been formed:  

on regulating labour relations and employment;

on state social guarantees and ensuring adequate standard of living;

on state policy in the sphere of social protection of citizens;

on state social insurance.
