Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Oleksandr Turchynov has issued a decree "Some issues on conducting an inspection under the Law of Ukraine "On Lustration".

Some issues on conducting an inspection

under the Law of Ukraine "On Lustration".

1. Since November 10, 2014 to start an inspection of the data on prohibitions stipulated by chapters three and four of article 1 of the Law of Ukraine "On Lustration" regarding persons holding positions in accordance with the appendix.    

 

2. To determine the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Secretariat to be responsible for conducting an inspection of the data on prohibitions stipulated by chapters three and four of article 1 of the Law of Ukraine "On Lustration" regarding persons mentioned in clause 1 of this decree.

 

Grounds:         The Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 16, 2014 No. 563 "Some issues on implementing the Law of Ukraine "On Lustration", the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 16, 2014 No. 1025-р "On approving the plan of conducting inspections under the Law of Ukraine "On Lustration".
