People’s deputies defined main tasks of the Temporary Inquiry Commission: investigation of facts of violation of the Constitution and laws of Ukraine; shortening of existing network of healthcare institutions that caused employment layoffs of medical personnel; inadequate execution of state target programs and complex measures in the sphere of healthcare; abuse of official position by officials from the Ministry of Healthcare of Ukraine, other state enterprises, institutions and organizations in the sphere of healthcare and pharmacy etc.
Number of peoples’ deputies in the Temporary Inquiry Commission: Faction of the Party of Regions in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine – 6; Faction of the All-Ukrainian Union "Batkivshchyna" – 3; Faction of the Political Party "UDAR” of Vitaliy Klychko – 1; Faction of the All-Ukrainian Union "Svoboda" – 1; Faction of the Communist Party of Ukraine -1.
People’s deputy Dyriv Anatoliy Borysovych (Faction of the All-Ukrainian Union "Batkivshchyna") was chosen the Chairman of the Temporary Inquiry Commission, people’s deputy Helevei Oleh Ivanovych (Faction of the All-Ukrainian Union "Svoboda") – Deputy Chairman of the Commission.
Duration of the Temporary Inquiry Commission - six months since the adoption of the resolution.
