The legislative act amends the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements, the Law “On Personal Data Protection” and the Law “On ratification of Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data and Additional Protocol to the Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data regarding supervisory authorities and transborder data flows” in order to determine the Human Rights Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine the authorized body in the sphere of personal data protection.
The respective bill was registered under No. 2836.
