The Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Ruslan Koshulynskyi granted to ten education childcare centers for children with special needs in the Eastern and Central Ukraine subscription to weekly children newspaper “Kazkovyi vechir”.

Ruslan Koshulynskyi noted that sick children, who live and study in specialized educational institutions, need special care from the state and indifferent peoples. “It is very important before one of the biggest Christian holiday that is the symbol of life and hopes for future,” he added.

The Deputy Chairman of the Parliament beliefs that children who are in such institutions, especially those confined to bed, will be interesting in reading one of the best Ukrainian newspapers for children. "The child learns and reveals the world primarily through the fairy-tale, which has to lay in the child's mind respective associations of the victory of good over evil. That is why I am convinced that this Easter gift will be valuable and useful both for children and for educators," he said.
