The bill
(Reg. No. 2414) suggests increasing expenditures of the State Budget of Ukraine
of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine
(code 2300000) to 38 million for funding the budget program "treatment of
citizens of Ukraine
abroad" (code 2301360).
Additional
expenditures of the State Budget proposed to be financed by an increase in
revenues from the excise tax on goods imported into the territory of Ukraine.
