The bill (Reg. No. 2072) suggests improving state regulation of securities market, in particular, by developing bond market and creating conditions for efficient protection of rights of corporate bonds’ owners. It presupposes also to establish mechanism of a public offering of securities solely on the stock exchanges, facilitate private placement, improve accountability of private joint-stock companies etc.
