The bill
(Reg. No. 2143) suggests amending article 60 of the Commercial Code and article
105 of the Civil Code of Ukraine that presupposes limitation of the deadline for submission of creditors’
applications regarding demands to legal person, which is terminated (including by
liquidation) from six to three months.
