The Committee on Science and Education upholds a range of bills on amendments to several laws of Ukraine re social protection and pension provision of pedagogical, medical and pharmaceutical staff

In particular, the Committee upholds the draft law on amendments to several laws of Ukraine re social protection and pension provision of pedagogical, medical and pharmaceutical staff working in the countryside (Reg. No. 1061). The bill presupposes implementation of social protection for staff of state and public educational institutions and healthcare institutions in the countryside by amending the laws “On Education” and “Basic Legislative Acts of Ukraine on Healthcare”.  

The Committee upholds also the draft law on amendments to several laws of Ukraine re social protection and pension provision of pedagogical, medical and pharmaceutical staff (Reg. No. 1062).  The bill suggests implementing special order of pension provision for pedagogical, medical and pharmaceutical staff.

Members of the Committee uphold the draft law on amendments to several legislative acts of Ukraine re social protection of medical and pharmaceutical staff (Reg. No. 1169).  The bill suggests amending the laws “On Vacations”, “On Education” and “Basic Legislative Acts of Ukraine on Healthcare”.
