The bill
(Reg. No. 2055) expands the list of cases that are not subject to the Law “On
State Procurement”, if the subjects of procurement are the goods that were
purchased for pre-school educational institutions of communal ownership.Experts believe that implementation of bill
provisions may create conditions for non-transparent use of state funds and,
thus, may complicate the procedure of state control in the sphere of state
procurement.
