The Chairman of the Committee on European Integration Hryhoriy Nemyria met with the Chairperson of the Mission of the Republic of Slovenia Natasha Prakh

The Parties discussed issues of bilateral cooperation between Ukraine and Slovenia and perspectives of European integration of our state, particularly, in the context of the EU-Ukraine Summit.

In this regard, Natasha Prakh expressed Slovenian support to the Euro-integrational aspirations of Ukraine and stressed that the EU hopes Ukrainian Party will fully implement recommendations of the EU Council (10.12.12) for signing the Association Agreement.     

 “I hope Ukraine will be able to sign the Agreement during the EU Summit in Vilnus,” she said.

Hryhoriy Nemurya expressed his gratitude to the Chairperson of the Mission and stressed that “fulfillment of the EU criteria is extremely important for Ukraine, including the issues of politically motivated decisions and release of political prisoners, reforming electoral legislation and reforms in judicial and law enforcement systems of Ukraine.”

 “I believe that under these conditions at the end of the year we will testify mutual success of Ukraine and the European Union,” he noted.
