The bill (Reg. No. 2052) suggests to amend the laws "On Association of Co-Owners of Multi-Storey Building", "On Drinking Water and Drinking Water Supply", “On Housing and Communal Services” and “On Heat Supply” in order to implement obligatory revenue metering for all the categories of consumers, and to exclude from these laws the terms “housing and communal services executor” and “balance holder”.

According to the people’s deputies, this would secure rational use of natural resources, reduce negative impact of significant price increase for imported natural gas on Ukraine’s economy, and increase the level of state energy security.

Meanwhile, members of the Committee paid attention to a range of indefinite terms used in the bill.
