The Committee on Economic Policy recommends that the Parliament should adopt as a basis the draft law “On amendments to article 4 of the Law of Ukraine “On Lease of State and Municipal Property” (re waterworks of fishery process reservoirs)

The bill (Reg. No. 2024) aims at removing unnecessary restrictions on leasing objects of state ownership. Particularly, the bill abolishes prohibition to lease waterworks of fishery process reservoirs.

People’s deputies believe that implementation of bill provisions shall create favourable conditions for development of state fishery complex and increase leasing revenues to the state and local budgets.
